Who I Am
This website belongs to Grant Wildman Electrical & Maintenance Services, trading as GWEMS, a licensed sole trader electrical contractor working in Adelaide, South Australia. Licence PGE 355002.
What I Collect
If you fill in the quote form, I collect only what the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The address of the job, if you choose to give it
- The description of the work you would like done
You can skip the form entirely and call or email me instead. Nothing on this site asks you to create an account or enter payment details.
Why I Collect It
To quote your job and to get back in touch about it. That is the whole reason. I do not add you to a mailing list, I do not sell or rent your details to anybody, and I do not use them for advertising.
How It Reaches Me
When you send the quote form, your details are emailed to me. The form is handled by a third party form service and the site is hosted on Cloudflare, so your submission passes through their systems on the way to my inbox. Both handle the data only to deliver it.
How Long I Keep It
Enquiry emails stay in my inbox so I have a record of the job. Where I have done work for you, I keep the job and compliance records for as long as Australian law and my insurer require. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask me and I will remove it.
Cookies and Tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and does not build a profile of you. Cloudflare, as the host, keeps standard server logs that include things like IP addresses, which are used to keep the site online and secure.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask me what details of yours I hold, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Email GrantWildmanEMS@outlook.com or call 0418 847 497 and I will sort it out.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
