The service descriptions here are a general guide to the work I do. They are not electrical advice for your specific property, and standards and regulations change. Always get the job looked at properly before relying on anything you read here.
Quotes and Enquiries
Sending the quote form is an enquiry, not a booking. It does not create a contract. I will come back to you with a price and, if you go ahead, the work is covered by the quote I give you in writing at that point. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless I say otherwise.
The Work Itself
- All electrical work is carried out to AS/NZS 3000:2018, the Australian Wiring Rules.
- Every relevant job is tested and issued with a Certificate of Compliance.
- Only the licensed contractor named on this site carries out the work.
- Access to the property at the agreed time is your responsibility, or your tenant's or property manager's where I have arranged it with them.
Your Rights as a Consumer
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always entitled to the guarantees that law provides, including work carried out with due care and skill.
Liability
Other than the rights described above, and to the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it.
